Many teenagers are affected by acne.Summer season, dust, smoke and pollution tends to increase acne even more.

So, below are listed 4 foods which are very beneficial for treating acne internally.

1. Radish, green mustard leaves: Having acne is not actually not a bad thing, it is a medium for toxins in the body to come out. But external bacteria do not allow acne to treat fast.Green leafy vegetables have a lot of chlorophyll, this cleans the bacteria in stomach and also helps to flush away bacteria and toxins from the skin through excretion. 3. Carrot: Vitamin A is known as anti acne vitamin and carrot has a lot of it. Eat half a carrot after eating meal. It improves metabolism and keeps problem of acne away.

4. Fish: Do you like fish? Eat fish today for acne. Salmon fish is said to be a very good food for healthy skin, heart and health. And omega 3 fatty acid found in fish helps to produce collagen which helps to keep skin strong and also produces white blood cells to f!ght acne.
