Two veterans of the Nepali movie industry, Bhuwan KC and Dinesh DC, will be bringing their movies to screens across the nation on Friday, March 4. Bhuwan KC, who has transformed himself from a movie icon into a successful producer—with movies such as Crorepati and Nepali Babu will be launching the movie Dreams under his home production banner Kajal Films over the weekend. The movie has been directed by Diwakar Bhattarai and stars Anmol KC, Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah and Sandhya KC in leading roles. Dinesh DC, an industry giant in his own right, will be bringing his third production, Phulai Phul Ko Mausam Timilai, to screens on Friday. DC, who produced the movies Mayas Bar and Cha Ekan Cha in the past, has expressed hope that his new flick will be more successful than his previous productions. Speaking at promo for the movie in Pokhara, DC said, “This movie is love story geared for the masses, it should be entertaining from the beginning until the credits roll at the end.” DC, who has made a recovery from a head-on car crash in the US in November, was in the Lake City promoting the movie ahead of its release. Aware of the clash of the release date with the KC-produced Dreams, DC also said he hoped that viewers are able to enjoy the “two very different movies” without one taking away audience from the other.
