Supreme Court Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has stressed the need to make judiciary inclusive. At a programme organised by Forum for Women, Law and Development (FWLD) here on Friday to congratulate and honour newly-appointed Justice Malla, she expressed her commitment to deliver justice in a free and fair manner. On the occasion, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Anupraj Sharma expressed the view that there are several challenges in judicial sector and justice should be dispensed facing such challenges. Noted feminists — Kamala Bhasin and Chandani Joshi – stressed that rights activists should be united to make judiciary strong and inclusive. Forum Chairperson Meera Dhungana congratulated newly appointed Justice Malla and urged her to provide justice to people in an impartial and fearless manner.
